Marijuana was discovered being grown and prepared within the couple’s house. Police busted both individuals when they found the controlled substance.

The charges brought against the couple contain possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute. Arenstein’s house had prepared cannabis
The Saturday morning raid at Howard Arenstein’s home was carried out by vice police after neighbors complained about the growing marijuana. On that Saturday morning, 11 fully mature marijuana plants were discovered in the couple’s backyard. Six two-ounce bags of marijuana were also found in the home. The intent to distribute charge is based on the small packages of controlled substances found.
